Please read our terms carefully. By using 01 Game, you agree to these conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the 01 Game application ("App"), website, and all related services (collectively, "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you should not use the Service.

01 Game reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is revocable at our discretion. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without written permission
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Transfer your license to any third party
  • Access the Service from countries where it is prohibited

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • All activities conducted under your account
  • Notifying us of unauthorized account access
  • Complying with age restrictions (13+ or local equivalent)

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or engage in fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Harassment, bullying, or abuse of other users
  • Posting obscene, offensive, or discriminatory content
  • Attempting to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the Service
  • Engaging in fraud, cheating, or exploiting gameplay mechanics
  • Sharing login credentials or selling accounts
  • Using bots, automation, or third-party tools
  • Spam, phishing, or scam activities

We monitor user conduct and reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban users who violate these policies.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property within the Service, including but not limited to games, graphics, music, text, and code, are owned by 01 Game or licensed from third parties. These materials are protected by copyright and international laws.

By submitting content (such as usernames, messages, or gameplay videos), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for operational and marketing purposes.

You retain ownership of user-generated content but grant us the rights necessary to provide and improve the Service.

6. In-Game Purchases

01 Game may offer in-game purchases, subscriptions, and virtual currency. By making a purchase:

  • You acknowledge that purchases are non-refundable unless required by law
  • You accept that prices may change without notice
  • Virtual items have no real-world value or exchange rate
  • We may revoke access to purchased items at any time
  • You are responsible for all charges to your payment method

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring children's account activities and purchase restrictions.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 01 GAME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFIT, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." 01 GAME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free from viruses or harmful components
  • Results will meet your expectations

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without notice, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent use
  • Interference with Service operations
  • Harassment or abuse of other users
  • Legal requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall remain in effect.

10. General Provisions

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by applicable laws, and you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration or court proceedings as permitted by law.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 01 Game regarding the Service.
